Courtnix Quail are a domestic variety of quail, which have been selectively bred for several purposes. These include commercial meat production as well as egg production. They have also been bred for color. We at Hatch Farms are fascinated with color. We currently have twelve different colors that we are working with and hope to develop new colors through selective breeding.
